It lies just north of Captiva Island, separated by a channel called Redfish Pass which was created in a 1921 hurricane. It lies just south of Cayo Costa Island, separated by Captiva Pass.
The island is only accessible by ferry, water taxi or private boat. Seabatical Has great views waiting for you to enjoy sitting on the screened porch overlooking Safety Harbor having coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. A short walk or golf cart ride (included) to private beach or restaurants. Rental includes access to Safety Harbor amenities (boat dock, pool, beach access).
The townhouse is steps away from ferry drop-off or docks for your own boat. There are no cars, only golf carts and bikes. North Captiva does not have high rise hotels, shopping malls, night clubs or five-star restaurants. It does however offer peace and quiet, serenity, and beautiful, scarcely populated beaches.
